God, our heavenly
Father, is the Giver of all good gifts. Those who seek Him will not lack
anything. He shall satisfy them with His goodness.
God will care for us when we pour out our complaints before Him (Psalm 142:1,2; 62:8). If we want to stand as a testimony before others in the midst of our trials and tribulations, every day, we have to pour out our sorrows in the presence of God.
Once when I met a mother, she said, “There is no need for us to go to the Lord all the time and pray. He already knows everything.” Then I asked her, “What would you do when your daughter comes back from her town? Will you keep away from her saying that she is sure of your love for her? Won’t you like to be with her always? In that case, how true is that our heavenly Father, who loves us more than our mother and sustains us, will grant all our needs when we hold on to Him and ask Him."
Paul the Apostle says, “My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19). Accordingly, God shall fulfill all your needs from the glorious treasures of His goodness.
The Psalmist says, “Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him” (Psalm 34:8). The goodness of the Lord could be understood only when you experience it. Great is the goodness that He has stored up for those who seek refuge in Him! They are indeed privileged!
